Fresh Toast

Exchanges between a space-case little brother (LB) and myself as I ask him what he wants for dinner (proof that he's a little boy):

Me: Would you like fresh bread or plain toast?
LB: Fresh toast, please.

Me: What would you like to eat?
LB: Buttered toast -toasted, please.
